Rumor has it that Yahoo! is going to acquire Six Apart, creators of MovableType, Typepad and the company that recently acquired Livejournal. If Yahoo! succeeds at this, it'll be a big boost for them.
Already livejournal is creating so many problems and I shudder to think what will happen if yahoo acquires it. Our email addressess would be sold, we will be bombarded with ads on our livejournals…psh. Having a domain/blog is way better than that.
